← Back to RerunTerms of Service
Rerun is a small, early-stage social profile site. These terms are meant to be readable, not a wall of legalese — if anything here is unclear, ask.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 years old to use Rerun.
- One account per person. Keep your password to yourself.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything posted from it.
What you post
- You own what you post — your words, photos, and profile content stay yours.
- By posting, you give Rerun the license it needs to store, display, and transmit your content back to you and (depending on your visibility settings) to other members — nothing more, no license to sell or repurpose it elsewhere.
- Only post what you actually have the rights to post. Don't upload someone else's photos, music, or writing without permission.
What's not allowed
- Harassment, threats, hate speech, or targeted abuse of other members.
- Illegal content, or content that violates someone else's rights.
- Impersonating another real person without making clear it's a parody/fan account.
- Spam, scraping, automated account creation, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or moderation.
- Uploading a profile song longer than the site's 30-second preview format allows for, or otherwise working around the audio-preview limits.
Moderation and suspension
Content or accounts that violate these terms may be removed or suspended, with or without prior notice, at Rerun's discretion. A suspended account can't log in and is removed from public listings while suspended. You can report content or accounts that violate these terms from the profile, comment, or bulletin itself — reports go to a moderation queue for review.
No ads, no data sale
Rerun doesn't run ads and doesn't sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what's collected and why.
The service as-is
Rerun is early-stage software, provided as-is, with no uptime or data-durability warranty. Back up anything irreplaceable elsewhere. Features, and these terms themselves, may change as the site develops — material changes will be reflected on this page.
Copyright / takedown requests
If you believe content on Rerun infringes your copyright or other rights, contact tryrerun@gmail.com with a description of the content, its location (a profile or bulletin URL), and your relationship to the rights being infringed. Valid takedown requests will be acted on promptly.
